Terms and Conditions
Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia – Terms & Conditions for purchase of Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix 2026 Alpine Suite Hospitality Package
These Terms and Conditions (Terms) apply to the purchase of hospitality packages (Packages) providing access to the Alpine Cars Suite (the Suite) at the Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix 2026 (Event).
Packages are supplied by RVDA Pty Ltd (ACN 630 906 553) trading as Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia (Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia). Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) is responsible for venue access, Event scheduling, safety requirements, credentialing, track activities and all overarching Event operations. Driver appearances and Formula 1 team–managed elements are controlled solely by the BWT Alpine F1 Team (F1 Team) or the relevant Formula 1 entities.
By purchasing a Package, you agree to comply with:
- these Terms; and
- all AGPC terms, conditions and policies listed in clause 1.5.
If these Terms conflict with AGPC’s conditions, AGPC’s conditions prevail regarding attendance, access, safety, conduct and suite operations.
1. Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia’s Role and Responsibilities
1.1 Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia operates and manages the Suite and is responsible only for the hospitality services it provides within the Suite. Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia supplies access to the Suite by reselling hospitality tickets purchased from AGPC. Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia does not operate or control the Event. AGPC is responsible for venue access, credentialing, Event scheduling, safety requirements and all overarching Event operations. Driver appearances and any Formula 1 team–managed elements are delivered and controlled solely by the F1 Team or the relevant Formula 1 entities. Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia is not responsible for AGPC-controlled matters or for any team-managed elements.
1.2 Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia does not warrant or guarantee the availability, timing, quality or delivery of any AGPC-controlled or Formula 1 Team–controlled elements of the Event. Purchasers acknowledge that Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia has no control over, and is not liable for, the performance of AGPC or any Formula 1 entity.
1.3 All Event-level operational matters (including venue access, credential issuance, safety rules, track activity, Event scheduling and emergency procedures) are controlled solely by AGPC and Formula 1 entities. Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia cannot guarantee delivery of any AGPC-controlled or F1 Team–controlled elements.
1.4 Any Event descriptions provided by Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia are sourced from AGPC and are for general information only. Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia does not adopt, endorse or guarantee the accuracy or currency of AGPC’s descriptions or marketing materials. Purchasers acknowledge they have not relied on any representation by Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia except those expressly set out in these Terms.
1.5 AGPC Terms and Conditions
Attendance at the Event is subject to the following AGPC’s terms and conditions including, but not limited to, the AGPC Attendance Conditions and AGPC Hospitality Conditions as listed in https://www.grandprix.com.au/event/conditions.
These documents form part of these Terms and are conditions of entry to the Event. Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia is not responsible for interpreting or enforcing AGPC’s conditions.
2. Package Inclusions
2.1 Each Package includes one AGPC-issued hospitality ticket for one person for each Event day (6 - 8 March 2026).
2.2 Food and beverages, hospitality service and merchandise items provided within the Suite are the responsibility of Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia. Driver appearances or any Formula 1 Team-managed elements are controlled solely by the F1 Team or the relevant Formula 1 entity.
3. Exclusions
3.1 The Package provides hospitality access only. The following is a non-exhaustive list of items that are not included and that remain the attendee’s responsibility:
• flights, transport, parking and transfers
• accommodation
• meals and beverages outside the Suite
• travel insurance
• merchandise or additional activities not provided as part of the Suite experience
• medical or accessibility-related costs
• incidental expenses or losses arising from delays, changes or cancellations.
3.2 Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia does not provide, arrange or pay for any excluded items.
4. Event Information Disclaimer
All Event information provided by Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia is based on details supplied by AGPC and is for general information only. Specifications, inclusions, schedules and hospitality services are subject to change without notice. Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia is not responsible for errors, omissions, inaccuracies or outdated information, or for any variation between information provided and the Event as delivered by AGPC. Purchasers acknowledge they have not relied on any representation by Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia regarding the Event except as expressly set out in these Terms.
5. Price, Payment and Booking Formation
5.1 The price per Package is AUD $6,000 (GST inclusive).
5.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. A booking is not confirmed until Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia receives cleared funds and issues written confirmation. Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia may cancel a booking that is not fully paid.
5.3 If payment is declined or reversed at any time, Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia may cancel the booking without liability and release the Package for resale.
5.4 Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia may charge a surcharge or processing fee for certain payment methods.
6. Ticketing, Wristbands and Accreditation
6.1 Tickets and wristbands are issued by AGPC. Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia does not control their format, delivery timing or accreditation processes.
6.2 Purchasers must provide full legal names and any details required for credential issuance at the time of purchase. Credentials may not be issued if complete details are not provided.
6.3 Credentials must be worn at all times and remain intact. Lost, stolen or damaged credentials may not be reissued by AGPC. Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia cannot guarantee replacement or alternative access.
6.4 AGPC may refuse entry, revoke credentials or remove attendees for safety or behavioural reasons. Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia has no involvement in such decisions.
7. Behaviour, Dress Code and Access Requirements
7.1 All attendees must comply with AGPC’s Private Suite Terms & Conditions and all AGPC rules, including:
· safe, respectful and responsible behaviour
· compliance with AGPC staff, suite hosts and security
· Responsible Service of Alcohol rules, including prohibition of BYO alcohol and service refusal
· smart casual dress and closed-toe footwear
· no clothing, signage or accessories displaying offensive, political or unauthorised content
· no entry into restricted zones
· no unauthorised filming, branding, banners, flags, signage, giveaways or corporate displays
· compliance with AGPC emergency procedures and keeping exits clear.
7.2 Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia cannot overturn AGPC decisions. No refund will be given where access is refused or revoked.
8. No Unauthorised Resale or Commercial Use
8.1 Packages must not be resold or transferred for commercial gain, used in promotions, competitions or giveaways, or used for hospitality hosting or influencer activity without Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia’s written approval and AGPC approval where required.
8.2 AGPC may cancel credentials issued or used in breach of resale restrictions. Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia is not responsible for cancellations resulting from misuse or resale breaches.
9. Event Schedule, Suite Operations, Force Majeure and Changes
9.1 All Event-level matters, including session schedules, track activity, viewing access, entertainment, and any appearances are controlled by AGPC and Formula 1.
9.2 These may change without notice due to operational, safety, weather, regulatory or force majeure reasons, including pandemics, government restrictions, or minimum numbers not being met by AGPC or its suite partners.
9.3 Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia does not guarantee the occurrence of any session, amenity, appearance or hospitality service and makes no warranty regarding AGPC’s performance. No refund or compensation is payable for shortened sessions, reduced track activity, altered hospitality services or other changes.
10. Cancellations, Postponement and Refunds
10.1 Attendee cancellation or non-attendance
No refund, credit or replacement will be provided if:
• you cancel or change your mind
• you cannot attend due to illness, travel or personal circumstances
• you fail to provide attendee details at the time of purchase
• you are refused entry or removed due to behaviour, intoxication, credential issues or rule breaches.
10.2 AGPC cancellation, postponement or modification
If AGPC cancels, postpones or alters the Event, AGPC’s official refund policy applies.
Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia will pass on only the refund or credit (if any) that AGPC provides to Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia for the relevant ticket(s). Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia has no further liability.
10.3 Third-Party Non-Performance
If AGPC fails to deliver any part of any AGPC-controlled or F1 Team–controlled elements of the hospitality experience, Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia’s obligation is limited to passing on any refund or credit received from AGPC. Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia is not liable for AGPC’s non-performance.
10.4 No replacement tickets
Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia is not required to replace lost or damaged tickets or wristbands, relocate guests, provide alternative hospitality, or secure access for modified sessions.
10.5 Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded by operation of law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Risk, Liability and Indemnity
11.1 Attending a motorsport event involves inherent risks. Attendees enter at their own risk, subject to rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia is not liable for:
• injury, loss or damage suffered at the Event
• schedule changes, reduced activity or altered hospitality services
• AGPC decisions regarding access, safety or credential management
• lost, stolen or damaged property
• incidental or consequential loss including travel, accommodation or transport costs
• reliance on AGPC marketing or descriptions
• any claim arising from AGPC’s acts, omissions or Event conduct.
11.3 Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia’s total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid by the purchaser for the Package.
11.4 Attendees indemnify Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia for losses arising from their misconduct, breaches of AGPC rules or misuse of credentials.
12. Privacy
12.1 Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia collects attendee information solely to process bookings and provide required details to AGPC for accreditation and security.
12.2 Personal information is handled in accordance with Alpine Vehicle Distributors Australia’s privacy policy: https://www.alpinecars.com.au/privacy/
12.3 AGPC’s handling of attendee information is subject to AGPC’s privacy practices.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, and each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
